1 Hi Gang! Curious to see what your luck is using the Eye AF on the a6500 compared to simple face detection and/or center focus area. Short answer: No. Sony's "real-time" eye-autofocus and tracking is a feature of the "second-generation" a6100, a6400, a6500. The nomenclature is confusing. "real-time," in the context, is actually a nonsense: the earlier cameras have eye autofocus, and of course it happens in real time. But you have to press a button for it.
